Set in one of Tiburon’s most sought-after neighborhoods, 18 Warrens Way offers a blend of luxury living and scenic tranquility. This magnificent 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom residence sits on nearly two acres of lushly landscaped grounds, featuring expansive decks, manicured gardens, and a reimagined lawn area (plans are not approved), providing the ideal backdrop for upscale outdoor entertainment.

Upon entering this 5,175-square-foot home, guests are greeted by a light-filled foyer that leads into a series of beautifully appointed primary spaces. The living room boasts a gas fireplace and large windows that elegantly frame views of the surrounding trees, while the formal dining room is highlighted by a stunning chandelier—perfect for formal gatherings.

The chef’s kitchen is a culinary delight with its oversized center island with additional ice-maker and refrigerator drawers, state-of-the-art appliances including a Wolf 6-burner gas range, Subzero fridge, and Bosch dishwasher, and a spacious walk-in pantry/mudroom with additional freezer drawers and dishwasher, designed for maximum utility. The adjacent family room features another gas fireplace, surrounded by built-in bookcases and a wood mantel with a mounted TV, creating a cozy relaxing ambiance.

The primary suite on the main level includes a walk-in closet with a custom wardrobe system, a hotel-like bathroom with dual sinks, a lavish soaking tub, and a private terrace, offering a serene retreat. Additionally, a second bedroom on this level is suitable for elderly guests or as an office space.

The lower level hosts three additional bedrooms, a secondary en-suite primary bedroom, and a generous media/family room that can double as a gym, providing ample space for relaxation and recreation.

A 6th bedroom and bath is located above the garage, separate from the main home and offers endless opportunities: guest suite, au pair room, home office, private gym etc.

Outside, the grounds are a true sanctuary designed for privacy and entertainment. The stone patio extends from the family room, featuring a dining and living area with an outdoor fireplace and built-in BBQ, perfect for hosting gatherings. The property also includes a fenced dog run, potential pool site, a large two-car garage, and an extra one-bedroom suite above the garage, ideal for guests or as an additional office.

Located just minutes from Blackie’s Pasture, the Old Rail Trail, and downtown Tiburon’s vibrant main street with ferry service to San Francisco and Angel Island, the home is perfectly positioned for enjoying the best of Marin County’s outdoor lifestyle. Nearby amenities at The Cove Shopping Center and the Ring Mountain Open Space Preserve further enhance the appeal of this exquisite home, making it a truly unique offering in Tiburon’s real estate market.

Tiburon’s waterfront location makes it a prime destination for Marin County homebuyers.
For a town of less than 10,000 residents, Tiburon offers a variety of activities that belies its small size. The annual Tiburon International Film Festival brings films from around the world. Residents enjoy shopping in the elegant boutiques along Ark Row, a leafy, block-long enclave of tiny shops that were once floating arks, and dining at the excellent restaurants along Main Street.

For the nautically inclined, Tiburon's Corinthian Yacht Club hosts races on the bay. Ferries to San Francisco and Angel Island State Park leave from the dock at Tiburon.
Tiburon's parks are strung out like pearls on a necklace along the water’s edge. Blackie's Pasture, named after an old swaybacked horse that once lived here, is a popular spot for hikers, joggers, bikers, moms with strollers, and dog walkers. On weekends, the parks fill up with soccer players of all ages.
